The Breakdown Collaborate with Marketing Team to brainstorm and create unique social media and email campaigns keeping up with current trends to implement in content strategy Conceptualize, produce, and execute regular postings, and engagement on social media channels.
Create and manage paid social media campaigns Manage email campaign execution from idea creation, copywriting, deployment, scheduling, segmentation, production, automation, A/B testing, and optimization Execute a customer-first approach to all email strategy for new customer acquisition, customer upsell/cross-sell, customer retention, and customer referral & advocacy Write copy for email campaigns and automations that welcome, engage, and retain potential and current customers Employ a consistent best-practice approach for creating email templates, dynamic content, testing methodologies, list segmentation, and deliverability Conduct quality assurance testing prior to deployment to catch typos, incorrect links, logic errors, etc.
in email campaigns and flows Pull monthly campaign marketing reports and drive continuous improvement across email and direct mail KPIs (deliverability, open rates, click-to-open rates, conversion rates, opt-out rates, and revenue) Develop test methodology and apply data driven techniques to optimize across all funnel stages - for example:
personalization, frequency testing, messaging testing, offer testing, creative testing, segmentation / targeting and delivery timing testing Use analytics daily, weekly, monthly, and annually to make data-based decisions to guide social media and email strategy.
Here's what you need:
A minimum of 2 years' experience in email marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation and analytics A minimum of 2 years' experience in paid and organic social media marketing Bachelor degree or higher in marketing, communications or arts, or equivalent experience Bonus points for:
Understanding of email marketing concepts and metrics pertaining to the customer lifecycle Experience using Hubspot or other similar platforms Experience with email automation tools Ability to create some basic graphics - whip up a quick image for a social post, email hero image, etc.

Proven success in providing actionable insights from email analytics to evaluate and optimize email campaigns and flows Familiarity with the real estate and/or inspection industry Experience with LinkedIn organic and paid campaigns Compensation and
