Must be able to execute in a fast paced ever changing environment.
This position is responsible for product flow through the department as well as assisting Maintenance and supervision personnel with preventative information regarding equipment.
Every day is different but here's what a typical day may include:
Operation and upkeep of production equipment Basic attention to detail troubleshooting and coordination with maintenance Process flow monitoring and adjustments Critical thinking and contribution to efficiency improvements Learning, being coached, and developing Executing tasks associated with your area/equipment We value a work home life balance, our facility is closed on Mondays for maintenance.
This position works a 4 day work week.
Each workday starts at 4am and ends at 2:
30 pm.
Wage range from $23 to $25 commensurate with experience.

Possess the analytical ability required to monitor and operate industrial laundry equipment and mechanical systems.
2.
Knowledgeable of tools and materials required to efficiently start up, maintain, and shut down industrial laundry equipment and mechanical systems.
3.
Knowledgeable in equipment operation and possess some basic mechanical skills.
4.
Must possess interpersonal skills required to efficiently communicate at all levels.
5.
Must have knowledge of and comply with NEC, NFPA, and OSHA regulations.
6.
Must be able to differentiate colors.
7.
Must be self-motivated, be able to work independently with limited supervision, and be willing to work off-hours when required.
8.
Must have an excellent attendance record.
9.
Must be team oriented and capable of working well with others.
