AS THE DIRECTOR OF THE EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT, executes direct administration of the Emergency Department as evidenced by achieving results in clinical quality, service excellence, human resources management and financial management. The Director assists in developing and implementing a strategic plan for the growth and development of emergency services. WHAT WE OFFER:

Emergency Nurse Certification preferred. Two (2) years emergency services or critical care experience required. Two (2) years management experience in acute care setting preferred. Healthcare Provider (CPR), ACLS, and PALS certifications Crisis Management Certification within 12 months of start date in position Ability to pass a Criminal Background Check
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
